Common questions
Why is a rate different from my bank or money changer?
The app shows reference and market information from public sources. Banks and dealers set their own prices, spreads and fees. Always confirm the final price before you transact.
Is the app free? Does it have ads?
Yes, it is free. It is supported by ads from Google AdMob, and you can choose non-personalised ads and reset your advertising ID at any time. Read our Advertising Policy.
Can I buy lottery tickets in the app?
No. The app only shows published results for reference. It does not sell tickets, accept bets or pay prizes.
How do I get help or report wrong data?
